Need some help using our online portal? Please check out our frequently asked questions below.

We use a passwordless login system, so you don’t need to remember a password. Once you’ve entered your email address on the login page, you’ll be sent a one-time code. Enter this code to log in securely.

Important: Please don’t share your code with anyone else – it’s unique to you. If someone else needs access, they should request their own login.

If you don’t see the code arrive, check your junk or spam folder just in case it’s been filtered.

If your code hasn’t come through:

  • First, check your junk/spam email folders.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • If needed, request a new code by going back to the login page.

You may need to allow up to 2 minutes for your code to arrive.

No, we don’t recommend sharing your access details. Each login is designed for an individual user and sharing it can cause issues with your course progress and access history.

If another member of your team needs access, please contact our support team – we’ll help set them up with their own login details.

After logging in:

  • Choose the course you want to start or continue from the homepage.
  • Follow the steps to work through your learning content.

Courses you’ve already started will be marked as In Progress, so you can easily continue where you left off.

It’s simple to update your information.

Once you’re logged in, click on Manage your details in the menu.

From there, you can edit your name, update your email address, and review other information linked to your profile. Don’t forget to save your changes before you exit.

If you’ve already begun a course, you can easily pick up where you left off.

After logging in you’ll be shown the select a course screen. You can access this at any time by clicking the logo in the top left.

  • Find the course marked as In Progress.
  • Click to open it and continue your learning journey from your last completed step.

Your progress is automatically saved each time you work through the material.
